Min bench fee is $40 for belt packs and $50 for TX37A transmitters.

While the total cost of the repair can't be guaranteed before seeing the unit. Most repairs can be completed for that price plus return shipping.
 
Defective Products   Gentner ALS Warranty Service:

Starin warrants that Gentner ALS product will be free of defects both in materials and workmanship. Starin agrees, at it's option to:
a) Repair or replace any defective ALS product, free of charge (except transportation charges), for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase, provided the owner returns the equipment to Starin at 136 Venturi Drive, Chesterton, IN 46304.
b) Furnish replacement for any defective ALS product parts in the equipment for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Replacement parts shall be furnished without charge except labor and transportation.
c) Repair or replace any defective ALS accessory free of charge (except transportation charges), for a period of 60 days from the date of the original purchase, provided the owner returns the equipment to the Starin at the address above.

All Requests for Gentner ALS Warranty Support should be directed to Starin technical support. Technical support will trouble shoot and/or issue an RA for defective product. Warranty Service will consist of replacement or repair, at the Discretion of Starin, and shall have an average turn-around time of 5 days or less.

DOA/Advance Replacement:
Advance replacement may be provided at the discretion of Starin Technical support, and with the approval of the original selling Master Distributor. The Master Distributor shall issue advance replacement, and Starin shall provide credit or replacement product to the Master Distributor.

All products returned for warranty credit or replacement must have a Return Authorization Number, and a copy of the original sales invoice from Starin or the regional Master Distributor. No credit or replacement will be issued without prior Starin Technical support approval. Product returned in used condition or without original box contents may not receive full credit, or may be returned as a repair.
